Last time out the blogger got 4 out of the ten predictions right. This is another massive weekend in the premier league as the two most successful english clubs face off at anfield on sunday.
1- WOLVES VS ASTON VILLA

Last time out villa got a great result against red hot chelsea. They had already beaten liverpool and a win over chelsea means they can match anyone on a given day. But if they are to break into the top four then these are the types of matches that they have to win. Going to the molineux stadium won’t be easy as wolves are an efficient side and i think this will end with a share of spoils.
MY CALL: WOLVES 1-1 VILLA
2- BURNLEY VS WIGAN
Out of the nine games played so far burnley have won four at home and lost five away. At turf more they are the side to beat as they even landed the scalp of manchester united. Wigan are extremely unpredictable, one day they beat chelsea the next they come un stuck against hull city. At turf more i expect them to fall short again.
MY CALL: BURNLEY 3-1 WIGAN
3- HULL CITY VS PORTSMOUTH
This is a potential six pointer. Both teams are odds on favorites for relegation and this is a match that neither can afford to loose. After nine matches portsmouth have only got 3 points while hull have got 7. At home hull have been decent but certainly not good enough. I expect it to be extremely tight and too close to call.
MY CALL: HULL 1-1 PORTSMOUTH
4- TOTTENHAM VS STOKE CITY

Tottenham have had a very good start to the season apart from the two matches against chelsea and man united. They have a great strike force with four very potent strikers who give them different dimensions. The void left by modric’s injury has been filled by the signing of kranjcar, and with stoke struggling on road i expect tottenham to win this one.
MY CALL: TOTTENHAM 2-0 STOKE CITY
5- BIRMINGHAM CITY VS SUNDERLAND
Birmingham are a very organized side. They don’t score many goals but they also are extremely good at the back. But sooner than later they have to start wining matches because 7 points out of 9 is not good enough to stay in the league. Sunderland however are fresh from their 4 points gained out of liverpool and man united. The wheels might just be a little off in this one, draw for me.
MY CALL: BIRMINGHAM 1-1 SUNDERLAND
6- CHELSEA VS BLACKBURN
Chelsea have lost their last two away matches in the league. However, they have made sure they don’t drop any points at the bridge. Fresh from a four nil thumping of athletico madrid they will be too tough to handle for a blackburn side which hasn’t got any flair up top. David Dunn is the only player that inspires and looks quality and that is not good enough to compete with chelsea at stamford bridge.
MY CALL: CHELSEA 2-0 BLACKBURN
7- BOLTON VS EVERTON
Everton were hammered by benfica in the mid week in portugal. They looked extremely weak and in efficient against a very well drilled benfica side. Bolton however looked extremely encouraging in the second half at old trafford. They very nearly got an equalizer in the dying moments against the red devils. At home i believe they will be too good for the mersysiders.
MY CALL: BOLTON 2-0 EVERTON
8- LIVERPOOL VS MANCHESTER UNITED
On sunday afternoon life will come to a stand still as liverpool entertain united in a larger than life fixture at anfield. Liverpool as we all know are on a poor run of form their worst since 1987 while united are on a ten match unbeaten run in all competitions. But form counts for nothing in these big matches as the atmosphere lifts everyone to a new level. Torres and Johnson might be back for liverpool while Rooney and Fletcher might miss this one which may slighty tilt it in liverpool’s favor. I am going for a narrow home win.
MY CALL: LIVERPOOL 2-1 MAN UNITED
9- MANCHESTER CITY VS FULHAM
City are extremely good at home while fulham are woeful away from it. Man city have an extremely potent attack line up that has got goals in abundance in it. Fulham in the mid week were decent against roma but this is a different test all together a test in which i think they will come up short. A home win for city in my opinion.
MY CALL: MAN CITY 2-0 FULHAM
10-WEST HAM VS ARSENAL
West ham are on a poor run of form that has left them second from bottom with just 5 points from 8 matches played. Arsenal on the other hand are in a very good run of form with smashing home wins over blackburn and birmingham in their last two league fixtures. West ham still have players out injured and this might well be another defeat for them. It will be tight though.
MY CALL: WEST HAM 1-2 ARSENAL
